Moonrider Invests more in Core Engineering, Battery Technology, and New Product Development
Moonrider stated that the newly raised capital will be utilized to enhance battery performance, refine its drivetrain systems, and complete extensive durability and field testing across diverse soil types and climatic conditions. The funding will also support faster development and market readiness of its upcoming tractor models. Currently, Moonrider is gearing up for the commercial launch of electric tractors in the 27 HP, 50 HP, and 75 HP segments in the near future.
Moonrider Targets February, 2026 for Initial Tractor Deliveries
Co-founder and CEO Anoop Srikantaswamy shared that the company is on track to commence its first batch of deliveries by February next year. Moonrider has already signed MoUs for the supply of 6k tractors over the coming 3 years, reflecting competitive market interest and confidence in its products. Alongside this, the company is conducting customer trials across multiple regions as part of a comprehensive field-testing program.
